Follow the chart below to find your baby's ideal size. If your baby's christening is more than a few weeks away, when ordering your baby's gown or romper, add 2 pounds of weight gain per month for babies under 6 months of age, and 1 pound per month of weight gain for babies over 6 months of age. Ordering according to weight is most accurate.
Do boys wear christening gowns or only rompers?
Christening gowns have been worn by both boys and girls for generations. It is more of a personal choice than is a rule, and many parents choose a gown for their baby boy if he is under 6 months of age. There are many parents however, that are more comfortable with dressing their baby boy in one of our tailored rompers. Again, this is a personal choice.
A slip serves 3 purposes. The first and most important is to create a clean line beneath the gown, to conceal the diaper and/or undershirt. The second is to give the gown support. A slip holds the fabric of the gown out slightly away from the body, giving it a fuller look. The last purpose is to add a bit of warmth. In warmer climates, a slip may not be necessary and may even be too warm for the baby. For colder climates, we recommend a body suit type undershirt that snaps at the crotch along with tights, and the addition of a slip. Slips are included with most of our gowns, but may also be purchased separately for those gowns in which slips are not included. Please see our accessories page to view our slip, available in several different lengths.
Generally, all of our items are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. We offer superior shipping via Federal Express with several shipping options. Ground shipping offers delivery within 10 days. 2 day shipping offers delivery by the 2nd business day, and Overnight shipping will have your package to you on the next day. Please note that Overnight is not available in all areas of the country. Please email us to confirm. You will always receive order confirmation by email which will include a FedEx Tracking number. If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email indicating when it will become available.
Are my personal and credit information secure?
Yes. Our ordering page is encrypted during transmission to provide you with secure ordering through a standard called SSL.
Your personal information is also secure as it is our policy to never sell your information to anybody. That includes retailers, non-profit groups or individuals.
May I order by personal check or money order?
Yes. To order by mail, send your name, address, telephone number and email address along with your order to: Baby Blessings, 27 South Park Lane, Mansfield, MA 02048. Please include the size of your items. Total your order and add the shipping costs according the following chart for FedEx Ground shipping:

All products are returnable in unused condition within 30 days.
Please allow 10 business days for a refund. All refunds will be for the original price paid, less any shipping charges.
Please refer to your invoice for return address. You may ship returns with any carrier, however we recommend choosing a shipping method that provides tracking information.
